I think that you should also be able to play any song that TMBG has online for free even if it is also on an album, for instance Experimental Film. But I'm not an ethicist, so whatever. It is something that is pretty awesome and also I'm 90% certain it is readily available on the internet (for that is where I got it). Uh, I guess since it's a mash-up, it can't be copyrighted in any way at all ever, but he would probably give you permission to play it?
